Shipping Costs & Pricing

  • Free Shipping: Thrift Resource offers 100% free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or handling charges added at checkout.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). It includes strict multi-step authentication checks and secure packaging.
  • Transit/Delivery Time: 4 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days from the moment of purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, an email containing a secure tracking number will be sent automatically. You can track your high value package at every stage of transit.

Delivery Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: We can only change your shipping address if you contact us before the shipping window closes. Please email us or message us on WhatsApp immediately if you notice an error.
  • Cancellations: If you change your mind, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

All shipments are tracked. If your tracking details state the package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the noted delivery time.
