Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date (as marked by the carrier) to initiate a return.

We'll respond within 24 hours with an authorized return address. Please don't ship items back without this authorization

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Eligibility & Item Condition Requirements

  • Because our inventory is secondhand, "returnable condition" means the same used/pre-owned condition the item was in when delivered to you — not new, unworn, or unused. Specifically:

    • The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, including any original packaging, dust bags, or authenticity cards that were included
    • The Thrift Resource security tag (where applicable) must still be attached and unaltered — if it's been removed or tampered with, we can't verify the item hasn't been used further since delivery, and the return will be declined

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Because we provide free shipping to our customers at checkout, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable, insured shipping we're not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. No restocking fee applies

Refund Processing Time

Once your return package arrives at our facility, please allow 1 to 2 business days for our experts to inspect the bag and verify the security tag.

  • Approval: Once approved, we will process your refund immediately.
  • Credit Timeline: The refund will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card institution, it may take 4 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a bag that is fundamentally different from our website’s listed description or condition notes, please get in touch with us via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In instances where an operational mistake was made by us, the return shipping fees will be fully waived.
